CalmStamp

The officer has already read your file.

Rehearse your US visa interview with an officer who knows your case. Every session is a different officer with different questions, and it lasts as long as that officer wants: two questions or ten. Then you get an honest debrief built from your own facts.

of Ghanaian F-1 student visa applications were refused in 2025, a record high.

No clock

Interviews have no fixed length. Some end after two questions; others dig into your funding, family and plans. Officers often decide in the first minute.

Part 02 / 05

Your case, your officer, an honest debrief.

  1. Section A · Case

    Upload what the officer sees

Your DS-160, I-20, bank statements and letters. We read the facts and you confirm them. The Case Scan then shows where an officer is likely to press. It never gives approval odds.

Case scan · Sample applicant · F-14 findings
    • highFunding doesn't cover year oneDocumented funds are about $11,000 short of the I-20 first-year cost. Practice won't fix this; the evidence has to.
    • mediumLarge recent depositA big lump sum shortly before applying invites questions about where it came from.
    • lowRelatives in the USMention them honestly and consistently with your DS-160.
    • lowSocial media must be publicStudent applicants must set social media accounts to public before the interview, and officers check they match the application. Use the Social media check.
  2. Section B · Window

    Answer out loud

A real-time voice officer who has read your file. They interrupt, pause to type, ask for a document, follow up on what you volunteer, and decide when they've heard enough.

    Officer Kessler00:41

“Your I-20 says about $52,000 for the first year. Where is that money coming from?”

You answer. Twenty-two seconds in, the officer cuts in with a follow-up.

  3. Section C · Debrief

    Hear what they heard

Each answer is scored for directness, specificity, consistency with your documents and length. Then you see a stronger version, built only from your own true facts.

    What you said · 41sVague

“So, um, my father, he has been in business for a long time, and also my uncle might help, and I have been saving too, so I think it will be fine…”

    Stronger · 12sYour facts

“My father pays. He’s a cocoa exporter earning about $60,000 a year, and $41,000 is already in the account.”

The $11,000 gap to the I-20 still needs evidence. We say so plainly.

  4. Section D · Readiness

    Know when you're ready

Readiness only moves once different officers, including a tough one, have tested everything relevant to your case. Repeating easy sessions won't raise it.

Part 03 / 05

Never the same interview twice.

A Director plans each session around your case and your weak spots. A new officer, who knows only what a real officer would see, runs it, and ends it when they’ve heard enough. Below: three real sessions in a row for one sample applicant, straight from the engine.

Our terms

What we will never sell you.

  • Never

    Approval percentages

A 214(b) decision depends on your real case. Anyone quoting your odds is guessing.

  • Never

    Scripts to memorise

Officers hear memorised answers all day. We train you to say your own true case, briefly.

  • Never

    Invented facts

A stronger answer may only use facts you've confirmed. Misrepresentation can bar you for life.

  • Never

    Pretending to be the embassy

CalmStamp is independent. No seals, no flags, no borrowed authority.

Part 04 / 05 · Coming soon

AI for the reps. People for judgement.

Soon, when you want a person, a certified CalmStamp Coach or a Senior Expert, such as a former consular officer, will join you at the same window. They’ll play the officer first, then coach you face to face, and what they flag will come back in every AI session afterwards. It will be a separate booking, not part of a pack.

01
Verified, then calibrated
We check credentials. Then every expert grades the same test interviews our AI is held to.
02
Briefed on your case
They see your confirmed facts, your case-scan flags and your three weakest recorded answers.
03
Advice that keeps working
Their notes feed the Director, so a new officer presses the same weak spot in new words.

Questions

Answered straight.

Can CalmStamp guarantee my US visa?

No. Nobody honest can. A consular officer decides on your real circumstances, mostly under section 214(b). CalmStamp trains you to present your true case clearly, consistently and briefly, and tells you plainly when a weakness is in your evidence rather than your answers.

How is CalmStamp different from a list of visa interview questions?

Question lists are the same for everyone. CalmStamp's officer reads your confirmed case, asks about your school, sponsor and plans, follows up on what you say, and ends the interview as a real officer would. Every session is a different officer with different questions.

Which visas does CalmStamp cover?

At launch: F-1 student visas and B1/B2 visitor visas. J-1 comes next, followed by work, fiancé(e) and diversity visa interviews. Each gets its own officer behaviour and question taxonomy.

What happens to my documents?

We extract the facts you need, you confirm them, and raw documents are deleted after 30 days by default, or immediately if you choose. Passport numbers are masked. We never sell data, and we'll be registered with Ghana's Data Protection Commission before we accept any documents.

How do I pay?

With MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or a card, in cedis, VAT included. It's one payment for a pack of interviews and drills, never a subscription, and there are no rules about your interview date. If you haven't used a pack, you can cancel it within 7 days for a full refund.

Is CalmStamp connected to the US Embassy?

No. CalmStamp is an independent practice tool. It isn't affiliated with the US Department of State, the US Embassy in Accra or any government. Always follow the embassy's official instructions for documents, fees and appointments.
